Local History
We do a lot of work about local history, and some of our projects are quite spectacular! Take a look at some of the work that we have done.
World War Two A group of children from Year 6 went to interview some members of the South Avenue Residents Group in Prescot. They asked them about their memories of the Second World War and the impact it had on people living in Prescot. We found out all about rationing, the Blitz in Liverpool (see picture) and lots of other things. Thank you to all of the people who took part - the children really learned a lot as well as having a good time too! To read the interviews that the children conducted, click on the links below: |
